CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests I do require a credit card on file and a 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or are a "no show" to your appointment a 100% of the cost of services booked cancellation fee does apply and will be charged automatically by the booking system with your card on file. Multiple cancellations and reschedules (3 in a calendar year) will result in no longer being able to pre-book appointments.
I understand life and traffic happens. But please be aware anything more than 10 minutes late that hasn't been approved previously may result in a cancelation fee of 100% of the services booked as stated above, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. This is only to respect the time of the guest scheduled after you. I require notice if you are going to be late, no exceptions.
NO CHILDREN/VISITOR POLICY:
I genuinely understand how challenging it is it find time to spend on yourself, however, I do enforce guidelines regarding children in the salon. While this policy helps to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please arrange all necessary child care before your visit. I ask that you attend your appointment alone.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit, and I'm happy to correct any issues that are my fault with no additional charge. This does not include additional products or services to change the look or add to the look. For example, you wanted blonde and now think it is to bright and want to add low lights, this would be a charge.
Should you make a retail purchase that is damaged or bottle not working, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 15 days from your initial purchase. Otherwise all sales are final.
