Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 100% of the services booked amount. More than 3 cancelations or reschedules in a year will result in no longer being able to book appointments in advance. For any changes, contact dean@simply-colour.com or (813)213-0959.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointments must start and end on time to maintain the salon schedule. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened, and full payment will still be required. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a cancellation. Please inform me of any late arrivals via text. (813)213-0959

Child Policy

Please make arrangements for child care before your visit. To ensure a one-on-one experience for all clients and due to limited space in the studio, no children are allowed to attend your appointment for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.

Redo & Refund Policy

Contact me within 3 days of your visit for any cut or color concerns. I'll address the issue within the discussed limitations during your consultation. No refunds are given for services provided. Retail purchases can be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase if damaged or malfunctioning.
